Version 1.4.2 — Published on May 13, 2026
This End User License Agreement or “EULA” is a legal agreement between the font purchaser or prospective purchaser, herein called “Customer,” and the font developer, “Isaco Type,” concerning the “Font Software” and its different forms of use, herein generically referred to as “Specific Usages.”
“Font Software” or “font” is defined herein as a coded software program containing glyph outlines and typographic data which, when processed by an operating system, browser, or appropriate text or image creation and editing applications, generates visual representations of characters, symbols, or graphic elements. This includes all associated files, formats, and data provided with such software.
“Specific Usages” are defined as the predetermined licensing modalities, each establishing distinct conditions, limitations and metrics of usage (such as users, pageviews, titles, CPUs, etc.), according to the medium or platform in which the Font Software is deployed (such as Desktop, Webfonts, Apps, ePubs, Server, etc.).
This EULA applies to Font Software that has been purchased directly through the Isaco Type website (isacotype.com) and through other official direct sales channels. This EULA does not apply to resellers and distributors (such as MyFonts, Fontspring, etc.) that may have different license agreements. This EULA also applies to any material that may be associated with the Font Software now or in the future.
By downloading the Font Software, the Customer confirms having read all the statutes of this EULA and accepts without reservation all the obligations and conditions, general and specific, set forth in this EULA. In case of disagreement with this EULA, the Customer may not download, install, use or embed the Font Software.
1. Grant of License
Isaco Type grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Font Software, for each Specific Usage obtained, as determined in this EULA. This license grant covers both commercial and non-commercial purposes, with particular emphasis that the Trial Usage must not be published or disclosed, but is limited strictly to internal testing and evaluation.
2. Limited Warranty
Isaco Type warrants that the Font Software will perform in conformity with the specifications presented on the Isaco Type website, for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, applicable exclusively to full retail licenses acquired directly from authorized sales channels. If the Font Software is found to be defective within this period, it may be replaced at no additional cost, provided the Customer presents a valid sales receipt and order number.
Except as expressly provided above, the Font Software is supplied “as is,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Any subsetted or otherwise modified versions of the Font Software generated by the Customer or any third party are provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind and are not covered by any warranties or support obligations from Isaco Type.
Optional customization services, if and when offered by Isaco Type, are governed separately under the Optional Customization Services section of this EULA and do not alter the “as is” nature of the Font Software unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
This Limited Warranty does not affect any statutory rights the Customer may have under applicable consumer protection laws, if and when applicable.
3. Optional Customization Services
Optional customization services may be offered separately from the standard Font Software license, at Isaco Type’s sole discretion. Such services may include, but are not limited to: addition of characters or glyphs; symbol creation; technical adjustments; spacing, kerning, or OpenType feature modifications.
Customization services are not included in the standard license and may be subject to separate pricing, timelines, and conditions.
Nothing in this EULA shall be interpreted as creating any obligation for Isaco Type to provide future updates, modifications, expansions, maintenance, compatibility updates, or continued support. Isaco Type reserves the right to accept or refuse any customization request for any reason.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all modifications, additions, derivative works, and intellectual property created by Isaco Type remain the exclusive property of Isaco Type.
Customized glyphs, characters, features, or adjustments created for a Customer may, at Isaco Type’s discretion, be incorporated into future public versions, updates, or releases of the Font Software.
Any customized version of the Font Software remains subject to the same licensing terms, restrictions, and limitations applicable to the original Font Software, including but not limited to restrictions regarding transfer, sublicensing, and unauthorized distribution.
4. Intellectual Property
The font files downloaded to the Customer’s computer contain Font Software that is the intellectual property of Isaco Type, which holds the rights for distribution and reserves all intellectual property rights therein.
5. Internal Technical Implementation
The License granted herein for Web, App, EPubs, and Server use includes the limited right to install and use the Font Software internally, solely as technically necessary to develop, test, and implement the licensed Specific Usage, on devices under the Customer’s control as necessary.
Such internal use is strictly limited to technical implementation purposes and does not grant any right to use the Font Software for Desktop use, which is granted only under a valid Desktop License and subject to its own terms.
For Desktop use, each authorized user under a valid Desktop License may install the Font Software on devices under their control as necessary, solely for their own internal use. The total number of authorized users must not exceed the number of users permitted under the applicable Desktop License as agreed at the time of purchase.
In no case shall the Font Software be made publicly accessible, distributed, or otherwise used beyond the scope of the licensed Specific Usage. The Font Software may not be shared or made available to other individuals except as expressly permitted under this EULA.
Internal Technical Implementation does not constitute a separate license. Such implementation may be performed by the Customer and its personnel as necessary for Web, App, Ebooks/EPubs, and Server use, and, in the case of Desktop use, only by the number of authorized users permitted under the applicable Desktop License. In all cases, such individuals must act solely on behalf of the Customer and must not retain any independent rights to the Font Software.
6. Font Software Copy
The Customer may install copies of the Font Software on multiple devices, when necessary, provided that such installations remain strictly limited to uses expressly permitted under this EULA, including internal technical implementation as defined in Section 5.
Excepting Trial font files, the Customer may provide a temporary copy of the Font Software used in a project to a commercial printer, service agency, or to the Customer’s own client, when strictly necessary for text correction, layout adjustment, or output production purposes. Such temporary and supervised provision does not constitute a transfer of the License or any ownership rights under this EULA. The Font Software must not be used by the third party for any other purpose, nor retained after project completion. Upon completion of the project or correction, the service agency or client must delete its copy of the Font Software.
Copies of the Font Software are permitted for archival purposes, provided that the Customer retains exclusive control over such copies and takes reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access, distribution, or use.
7. Editing Font Software
When the Specific Usage permits, as detailed in the sub-items of Section 13, the Customer may generate subsetted versions of the Font Software only within the same original file format (e.g., WOFF to WOFF, TTF to TTF). Such subsetted versions may be used solely for the Specific Usage originally licensed and shall not be used, distributed, or deployed beyond that scope.
Except in the aforementioned cases, the Customer may not edit or convert the Font Software to different formats from those provided by Isaco Type. The use of font creation/edition programs to modify, alter, adapt, change spacing and kerning, edit features and other internal instructions, redraw glyphs, translate, rename, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Font Software itself is strictly prohibited. Likewise, it is prohibited to generate any kind of derived font or software of any nature using the provided font files without the express permission from Isaco Type. The Customer may modify the glyph forms of a font only after they have been converted to outlines, and only from drawing programs like Illustrator, treating them as graphical objects.
8. License Transfer
The Font Software and the License granted herein are non-transferable. Under no circumstances may the Customer sell, assign, distribute, sublicense, loan, lease, rent, donate, share, or otherwise provide the Font Software or any rights under this EULA to any third party, except as expressly permitted herein.
The temporary and supervised provision of a copy of the Font Software to commercial printers, service agencies, or the Customer’s own client, as permitted under Section 6, shall not constitute a transfer, assignment, or sublicensing of the License.
Likewise, temporary internal access granted to employees or contracted service providers solely for purposes of internal technical implementation, as defined in Section 5, shall not constitute a transfer, assignment, or sublicensing of the License, provided that such parties act exclusively on behalf of the Customer and do not retain any independent rights to the Font Software.
9. Non-Cumulative Licensing
Unless expressly stated otherwise, licenses granted under this EULA are non-cumulative. The Customer may not combine, aggregate, or otherwise sum multiple licenses of the same Specific Usage to extend the permitted scope of use.
At all times, the Customer must hold a valid license corresponding to the total actual usage of the Font Software. If the Customer’s usage exceeds the scope of the applicable license, the Customer must obtain an appropriate license covering such usage.
Any newly acquired license for the same Specific Usage shall supersede and replace any previously granted license for that Specific Usage with respect to the permitted scope of use, and shall not be interpreted as limiting or terminating any previously granted perpetual rights.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Isaco Type shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from the use of the Font Software, including, but not limited to, loss of revenue, profits, data, business interruption, or personal damages, even if Isaco Type has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In any case, the entire liability of Isaco Type under any provision of this EULA shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer for the Font Software license.
This limitation of liability shall not affect any statutory rights the Customer may have under applicable consumer protection laws, if and when applicable.
11. EULA Modifications and Termination
This EULA may be amended or modified in future versions, by an authorized officer of Isaco Type, at any time and without prior notification other than updating the publication date herein. This EULA may be terminated without notice if the Customer breaches or fails to comply with any term contained herein.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This EULA is subject to and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, State of Rio Grande do Sul. Any dispute which may arise relating to the existence, making, validity, interpretation, and/or the execution of this EULA will, in the absence of amicable settlement, take place before the state and federal Brazilian courts.
Any processing of personal data under this EULA shall be subject to Isaco Type’s Privacy Policy, available at https://isacotype.com/privacy.
13. Conditions for Specific Usages
The Customer has the right to use the Font Software only under the conditions determined in each Specific Usage below. If the Font Software exceeds the permitted conditions of use, the Customer is obliged to upgrade to the appropriate usage type. Please contact us to purchase usages not listed below, such as Digital Ads, OEM, NFTs, Broadcasting and others.
13.1. Desktop
a) The Customer is authorized to create images and text on any surface or screen, in physical or digital media, including but not limited to graphical designs, magazines, books, logos, branding, stationery, documents, packaging, artworks, graphic products, t-shirts, mugs, film credits, presentations. This Specific Usage is granted exclusively under a valid Desktop License and is not included in any other Specific Usage unless expressly stated. The font formats provided are OTF and/or TTF.
b) This Specific Usage is valid for individual users or organizations purchasing for authorized employees. The total number of users of the Font Software must be less than or equal to the users limit purchased. In case more users are required, the Customer is obliged to purchase a license that permits its use for the additional users. This license is perpetual, valid indefinitely for the maximum number of end users specified in the invoice, provided that the Customer remains in full compliance with all the terms and conditions of this EULA.
c) The font embedding is permitted only in a secured print/read-only mode. The Customer must ensure that recipients of such documents cannot extract the Font Software or use the embedded Font Software for editing purposes, or for the creation of new documents. A non-protected PDF file is permitted only when sending files to a service agency for outputting purposes.
d) The Customer is not entitled to a refund, offset or other adjustment in the event of a reduction in the number of users, irrespective of the reasons.
13.2. Webfonts
a) The Customer is authorized to style texts via @font-face CSS rule, in web-specific format called “webfont.” The font formats provided are TTF, WOFF and WOFF2.
b) This Specific Usage is valid for an unlimited number of domains/websites, based on the number of pageviews per month. The total number of pageviews per month of all websites must be less than or equal to the pageviews limit purchased. In case the monthly traffic on the website(s) exceeds the limit, the Customer is obliged to upgrade to a license that grants the rights to use the Font Software for a higher number of pageviews per month. This license is perpetual, valid indefinitely for the maximum number of pageviews per month specified in the invoice, provided that the Customer remains in full compliance with all the terms and conditions of this EULA.
c) The Customer is responsible for estimating the number of pageviews and must choose, at the time of purchase, the most appropriate maximum number. No type of counting, tracking or inspection of the use of webfonts will be carried out by Isaco Type, who in good faith will grant the license based on the number provided.
d) The Customer may subset the fonts, using the program or service of his/her choice. The font files generated must preserve the same format as the original files (e.g.: WOFF to WOFF, TTF to TTF).
e) The font embedding is permitted only by self-hosting the Font Software on a secure web server owned by the Customer via @font-face CSS rule. Other embedding or font replacement techniques such as Cufon or sIFR are not permitted. Font files may not be distributed or made available for download from the server.
f) The Customer is not entitled to a refund, offset or other adjustment in the event of a reduction in the number of pageviews per month, irrespective of the reasons.
13.3. Apps
a) The Customer is authorized to style texts in applications or “apps,” such as mobile and web-based apps, computer programs and games. The apps must run natively on any operating system or browser (web apps). The font formats provided are OTF and/or TTF, WOFF and WOFF2.
b) This Specific Usage is valid for an unlimited number of apps, based on the number of active users per month. The total number of active users per month of all apps must be less than or equal to the active users limit purchased. In case the number of active users per month exceeds the limit, the Customer is obliged to upgrade to a license that grants the rights to use the Font Software for a higher number of active users per month. This license is perpetual, valid indefinitely for the maximum number of active users per month specified in the invoice, provided that the Customer remains in full compliance with all the terms and conditions of this EULA. Updated versions of apps that are free to previous clients and regional or format variations do not require a new license.
c) The Customer is responsible for estimating the number of active users and must choose, at the time of purchase, the most appropriate maximum number. No type of counting, tracking or inspection of the use of font files will be carried out by Isaco Type, who in good faith will grant the license based on the number provided. If the Customer has no way of monitoring active users, the metric used can be the number of downloads per month.
d) The Customer may subset the fonts, using the program or service of his/her choice. The font files generated must preserve the same format as the original files (e.g.: WOFF to WOFF, TTF to TTF).
e) The font embedding is permitted but must be securely encapsulated inside each app, using obscuration techniques, compression or encryption, masking the original font files. Embedding in apps that allow the generation of user-designed output that uses the Font Software are not permitted. Embedding into apps in which the Font Software will be installed in the operating system, enabling access and use of the Font Software directly by users is strictly prohibited. The Customer may not redistribute the Font Software with the app source code.
f) The Customer is not entitled to a refund, offset or other adjustment in the event of a reduction in the number of active users (or downloads) per month, irrespective of the reasons.
13.4. ePubs
a) The Customer is authorized to develop layouts of electronic publications or “ePubs,” including ebooks, eMagazines and static or interactive PDFs, for reading on any platforms and devices such as tablets, Kindle, iPad and other eReaders. The font formats provided are OTF and/or TTF.
b) This Specific Usage is valid for an unlimited number of ePub copies downloaded, based solely on the number of individual ePub titles. The total number of individual ePub titles must be less than or equal to the titles limit purchased. In case the number of titles exceeds the limit, the Customer is obliged to purchase a license that permits its use for the additional ePub titles. This license is perpetual, valid indefinitely for the maximum number of ePub titles specified in the invoice, provided that the Customer remains in full compliance with all the terms and conditions of this EULA. Updated versions of ePubs that are free to previous clients and regional or format variations do not require a new license.
c) The font embedding is permitted but must be securely encapsulated inside each ePub, using obscuration techniques, compression or encryption, masking the original font files. Embedding in ePubs that allow the generation of user-designed output that uses the Font Software are not allowed. Embedding into ePubs in which the Font Software will be installed in the operating system, enabling access and use of the Font Software directly by users is strictly prohibited.
d) The Customer is not entitled to a refund, offset or other adjustment in the event of a reduction in the number of individual ePub titles, irrespective of the reasons.
13.5. Server
a) The Customer is authorized to install the Font Software on a remote server that will allow the generation of static texts and/or images, through any service developed and offered by the Customer to the public, however without permitting downloading of the font files. The server may allow the download of the final output artwork, such as graphical designs, rasterized images or graphics, PDF documents or other personalized products and layouts. The font formats provided are OTF and/or TTF, WOFF and WOFF2.
b) This Specific Usage is based solely on the number of servers or CPUs where the Font Software will be installed. The total number of CPUs must be less than or equal to the CPUs limit purchased. In case the number of CPUs exceeds the limit, the Customer is obliged to purchase a license that permits its use for the additional CPUs. This license is perpetual, valid indefinitely for the maximum number of CPUs specified in the invoice, provided that the Customer remains in full compliance with all the terms and conditions of this EULA.
c) The font embedding is permitted for previewing, printing and editing, but must be securely encapsulated and used only inside each production server.
d) The Customer is not entitled to a refund, offset or other adjustment in the event of a reduction in the number of CPUs, irrespective of the reasons.
13.6. Trial Usage
a) This Specific Usage is intended for evaluation purposes only, allowing the Customer — in this case acting as a prospective purchaser — to assess the suitability of the Font Software prior to acquiring a full license. The font formats provided are OTF and/or TTF. The Customer may request other formats via email.
b) The usage is valid only after the Customer’s free registration on the Isaco Type website, and is strictly limited to a maximum number of three (3) users.
c) After testing and approving the use of the Font Software, the Customer is obligated to purchase a full license for any public or finalized use of the Font Software, or when additional users beyond the allowed three (3) are needed. If the Customer does not purchase a full license, they are required to delete all copies of the Font Software after testing.
d) Any public-facing use of Trial fonts — including publication, display, or making the Font Software or its outputs accessible online or offline — is strictly prohibited. Exceptions are limited to internal testing and private presentations.
e) The font embedding is permitted only in a secured print/read-only mode, strictly for internal review or approval processes, that are not publicly accessible. Embedding trial font files in non-protected or editable files, or using them for external promotion or production, is strictly prohibited. The Customer must ensure that recipients cannot extract the Font Software or use the embedded Font Software for editing purposes, or for the creation of new documents.

1. Introduction
The website www.isacotype.com is operated by Isaco Type (“we”, “us”, and “our”). The use of our website is subject to the following Terms of Use (“Terms”), as amended from time to time. These Terms apply to all users of our website without limitation and must be read together with any terms, conditions, or disclaimers provided on the website.
Please review these Terms carefully. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to access or use the website.
These Terms, together with the EULA and any documents expressly referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding their subject matter and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or arrangements, whether oral or written. Both parties acknowledge that neither has relied on any representation not expressly set out in these Terms or the EULA.
2. Purpose and Use of the Website
Our website is intended to present, promote, and offer licenses for fonts created by Isaco Type, as well as to provide access to purchased files and communicate updates about our activities.
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any unauthorized or unlawful use. You agree not to interfere with the website’s operation, network, or security, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
By using the website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information where required and to keep it updated. You authorize us to collect and use such information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3. Licenses, Prices and Availability
We offer licenses for font usage, including but not limited to Desktop, Webfont, App, Ebook, and Server licenses. Licenses may apply to individual fonts or to collections, including partial families, complete families, multi-family packages, or other font groupings. Each licensed product is referred to as an “item” for the purposes of these Terms.
The purchase of an item grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Font Software, strictly in accordance with the applicable EULA. License scope (including metrics such as users, pageviews, or installations) is defined exclusively in the EULA. Certain uses (such as internal technical implementation) do not grant general design or desktop usage rights unless explicitly licensed.
Prices may be displayed in US Dollars, Brazilian Real, or other currencies depending on your location or selection. You may choose a reference currency for comparison purposes; however, transactions may be completed in a different currency depending on payment platform limitations or geographic region.
Prices displayed in different currencies may not reflect real-time exchange rates and may be independently defined by us. We reserve the right to set, modify, or differentiate prices across currencies at any time without prior notice. The final price, applicable currency, and payment method will be displayed at checkout.
All purchases are subject to item availability. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit quantities or refuse sales to any person, household, region, or jurisdiction.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the EULA, the EULA shall prevail with respect to font usage and licensing rights.
4. Taxes
All prices displayed on this website are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or similar charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Isaco Type is a business established and operated in Brazil and does not collect or remit foreign value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), or similar consumption taxes applicable in other jurisdictions. All applicable taxes on sales are assessed and paid in Brazil under Isaco Type’s corporate registration (CNPJ), in accordance with Brazilian tax laws.
All tax calculations, invoices, receipts, and any other fiscal or transactional documents are issued solely on the basis of the information provided by the customer at the time of checkout.
Customers purchasing without logging into an account must provide their country of residence during checkout. Customers who are logged in will have their checkout information pre-filled based on the details associated with their account. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all such information is accurate, complete, and up to date prior to completing a purchase.
The country selected or confirmed at checkout shall be deemed the definitive and controlling location for the transaction, notwithstanding any differing information associated with a customer account, prior transactions, or other records.
Isaco Type shall not be liable for any discrepancies, errors, or consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information provided by the customer. Except where required by applicable law, invoices and related documents shall not be modified, reissued, or adjusted to reflect a different country or tax jurisdiction after the transaction has been completed.
Isaco Type may request additional information from the customer, such as a full address, contact details, or other relevant data, as necessary for the proper issuance of invoices, receipts, or other fiscal documents. The issuance of such documents may be conditional upon the provision of complete and accurate information. If the customer provides only partial information at checkout, additional details may be requested after the transaction is completed. Until such information is provided, Isaco Type may be unable to issue fiscal documents.
If the customer is purchasing from outside Brazil, the customer acknowledges that their local jurisdiction may impose taxes, duties, or reporting obligations in connection with the transaction. The customer is solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any such applicable taxes in accordance with the laws of their jurisdiction.
For business customers, any applicable reverse charge or similar mechanisms shall be applied and handled in accordance with the laws of the customer’s jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section shall be construed as tax advice. Customers are encouraged to consult a qualified tax professional regarding their specific obligations.
5. Discounts and Special Pricing Programs
We may offer discounts or special pricing programs for specific users or groups, including students, independent creators, nonprofit organizations, and other eligible categories. Eligibility for certain programs may require verification. By selecting a program, you confirm that you meet the applicable requirements and that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to review eligibility and adjust pricing if necessary.
Discounts and special pricing apply only at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively. Orders placed without a discount are not eligible for refunds or price adjustments based on later eligibility.
Isaco Type is under no obligation to match discounts offered by other distributors. However, if you find a lower price from an authorized distributor (such as, but not limited to, MyFonts, Fontspring, or YouWorkForThem), you may request a similar or equivalent discount. Such requests will be evaluated at our discretion and may be approved or declined.
We reserve the right to define, modify, restrict, or discontinue any discount or pricing program at any time without prior notice. Discounts may be limited by user type, region, country, or currency.
Applicable discounts are typically displayed alongside item pricing on the website and will be confirmed during checkout.
6. Continuity Pricing
We recognize that design projects may evolve over time, including changes in ownership, management, or responsible parties. We may offer a Continuity Pricing option in situations where a new party requires a license for the same project. This may include:
a) Project Continuity: where a project changes ownership or control;
b) Client Extension: where a client, partner, or related party requires a separate license to continue or expand the use of the fonts within the same project context.
To be eligible, the new customer must provide reasonable proof of a previously valid license for the same project, such as a receipt or invoice issued to the original customer.
All requests are subject to review and approval by Isaco Type. We reserve the right to grant or deny Continuity Pricing at our sole discretion, including in cases where eligibility requirements appear to be met.
Each original license may qualify for only one Continuity Pricing grant.
Continuity Pricing is available only in connection with a bona fide project relationship and may not be used to enable shared usage between unrelated parties.
Any license granted under this program is a new and independent license. Its scope, permissions, and limitations are defined solely by the selected license type and do not inherit, extend, or modify any prior license.
This program is strictly a pricing incentive and does not constitute, imply, or permit any form of license transfer, reassignment, sublicensing, or shared use.
Continuity Pricing may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
For clarity, the original license remains non-transferable and unaffected. For the avoidance of doubt, all usage rights are governed exclusively by the EULA, and nothing in this section shall be interpreted as permitting any transfer or modification of license rights.
7. Refunds
All sales are final, non-returnable, and non-refundable. You are not entitled to refunds, offsets, or adjustments in the event of reduced usage, project discontinuation, or differences in pricing or discounts across platforms or time.
If a font is defective, notify us within thirty (30) days of purchase, and we will provide a suitable replacement. Any replacement is provided in accordance with the limited warranty terms defined in the EULA and does not extend or modify such warranty.
8. User Accounts
User accounts provide access to personal data, order history, and purchased downloads. Accounts may be created either manually through the Sign Up process or automatically upon completion of a purchase. By completing a purchase, you explicitly agree to these Terms and to the creation of an account associated with the email provided, if one does not already exist.
You may register as an individual or as a legal entity. You agree that all information provided is accurate and that you are responsible for its correctness. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to verify your identity, position, or authority. The individual or legal entity identified at the time of purchase is considered the ‘Customer’ and primary licensee under the EULA.
Each account is linked to a unique email address. While email addresses are generally fixed, we may update them upon request at our discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities conducted under your account.
We reserve the right to correct, suspend, or terminate accounts containing false, unlawful, or inappropriate information.
You may request account deletion at any time. Upon deletion, account data and access to downloads may be permanently removed. This does not affect any license rights previously granted.
9. Orders, Purchases and Payments
Orders are initiated through the website and completed via third-party payment providers, such as Stripe or Mercado Pago. We do not collect or store credit card or other financial information.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and acknowledge that orders are associated with the email address provided at checkout.
If you make a purchase without an account, one may be automatically created using your provided email address.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or pricing errors.
By completing a purchase, you agree to receive transactional communications related to your order. Marketing communications will be sent only in accordance with applicable laws and your preferences.
By purchasing any item, you also agree to be bound by the applicable EULA.
10. Download of Fonts
Purchased fonts are available for download through your user account. Files are typically provided in formats such as OTF, TTF, WOFF, and WOFF2.
Access to downloads is provided as a convenience and does not define or limit the scope or validity of the license granted under the EULA. If technical issues prevent access to your files, you may contact us to receive the license content you have purchased.
Any sharing, distribution, or provision of font files to third parties is strictly governed by the EULA.
11. Website Changes, Errors and Omissions
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the website at any time without notice.
The website may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct such issues and to update information at any time without prior notice, including, where permitted by applicable law, after an order has been submitted.
We may cancel or refuse orders affected by such errors, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Limitation of Liability
The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of availability, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website, including indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
14. Waiver and Severability
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, State of Rio Grande do Sul. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Brazil, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
